the staff were super kind. the breakfast in the atrium was amazing with a fantastic choice of thai cuisine. the room had great views. the staff were always available and helpful when i required assistance. i found the location quite convenient to the metro.
I experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning, as it was a bit noisy. I reported it, and i trust they will address it. this was the only negative thing in an otherwise perfect stay.
